Service Description

This blue-and-white porcelain painting workshop in Maastricht is a hands-on creative experience held in an inspiring art gallery. Participants paint locally produced ceramic tiles using traditional and contemporary motifs. The workshop is suitable for family bonding, friends' outings, team-building events, hen parties, and creative experiences in Maastricht. You may choose from pre-designed patterns from Hina’s published pattern book, as well as exclusive designs available only at the gallery. Participants can also develop their own design after tracing selected patterns. No prior experience is required. Expert guidance is provided throughout the workshop, allowing you to create a unique, decorative ceramic piece inspired by Maastricht’s artistic and craft heritage. Materials & Sustainability The workshop follows a Resource Loop concept: “Mass-made discarded porcelain, reimagined by pattern.” Additional porcelain pieces are sourced from second-hand shops and are intended mainly for decorative use. Please note: • Paints and inks used are not food-safe • Designs must avoid contact with the mouth • Overnight baking is included Duration & Booking Options Workshop duration depends on the selected item and level of detail: • 1 Tile 1–2 hours €36 • 2 Tiles 2–3 hours €60 • Small Plate 1-2 hours €40 • Large Plate 2 hours €60 • Vases sculpture 6–8 hours €72 Line-drawn tiles can be completed in about one hour. Participants are welcome to return to complete the painting stage if necessary. 👉 Location change from April 2026. Depending on the number of participants, the venue will be allocated.
